Human movement has always been a deep love of mine. With these images I wanted to pause moments and the viewer’s breath. Drawing attention to one frozen moment.

This needed a combination of very technical skills and an emotional connection with the performers.

Using Profoto short flash and various combinations of lenses and sensors to freeze the moment. And understanding the performers art, movement and capabilities to find the perfect moments to freeze.
